You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fb771 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which can be activated from Account Settings.
Any activity carried out through your Account using valid login credentials will be treated as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify fb771's support team immediately via live chat or email. fb771 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your Account.
fb771 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fb771 immediately.
fb771 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and major cryptocurrency networks including USDT. All deposit amounts are denominated and credited in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the funds being withdrawn, and the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱200.

Technical malfunctions arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side do not void completed game results. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that Policy.
fb771 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. fb771 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. fb771 will respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming activities.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Player from contacting PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory body regarding a complaint about fb771's services.
